Our Commitment
We take great care in selecting, packaging, and shipping our indoor plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.
Damaged or Defective Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged plant and packaging
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund
- Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved
Please note that minor leaf damage or soil displacement during shipping is normal and does not qualify for return. Plants are living organisms and may show slight variations from photos.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The plant must be in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide photographic evidence of the issue
- Returns must be authorized by our customer service team
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Plants that have been repotted or altered after delivery
- Plants showing damage due to improper care after delivery
- Plants returned without prior authorization
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Plants returned more than 48 hours after delivery

- Submit clear photos of the plant and any damage
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Follow the provided instructions for returning the plant if required
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund:
- Contact us to discuss available replacement options
- We will ship a replacement plant at no additional cost if the issue was our fault
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We will cover shipping costs for approved exchanges
Shipping Costs
Regarding shipping costs for returns:
- If the return is due to our error or a defective plant, we cover all shipping costs
- If you are returning a plant for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
Plant Care Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our indoor plants from chunloreshexlyon. If your plant fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery due to a pre-existing condition, contact us with photos and details of your care routine. We will work with you to determine the cause and may offer a replacement or store credit.
